  Horrible service, exctreamly rude staff!!! EVEN the manager has no respect for there clients. My fiance and I purchased a ring online after talking to their corporate office over the phone. We were told that the ring she wanted would be a special order that would have to be made, and once it came in we could bring it by the store to have it sent to be sized. According to the store this was a lie and resizing was going to be another 170$ or they where not honoring company policies. After the employee and manager be littled her purchase basicly telling her it was junk, we immediately returned it and left with her crying from how we were treated. I have never had such horrible service before and we will never return to sales because of it! We have decided to go to Kay's where we were treated much better.

  I went and upgraded my wifes wedding ring at this zales and at first they couldnt find any of our information and we brought about 5 rings from there and then we spent an extra $300 to get the ring sized and insured and they told me it was only going to take 1-2 weeks to get the ring back we are now going on 3 weeks and still havent heard anything from them
