  It's Walmart...!!! It's foundation is GREAT customer service so it will always find it's way back to the basics of good ole customer service. The Make up section has revamped and lots and lots of new items plus this one open 24 hours. See you there !

  Recently, I ordered a Nintendo Switch on Walmart's website to be picked up at this location. The entire process of obtaining the Switch has been a literal nightmare. When I called the store on the day it was supposed to arrive to check if I could pick it up, a woman named Rachel answered. We recently had a snowstorm, so Rachel, who was actually super nice, told me that there had been a delay and that the item hadn't arrived. That was fine, but the next day, when I checked the tracking number, it said that the package had arrived at the store. Upon arriving to pick it up, a woman told me the customer service desk was closed and that I needed to come back tomorrow. I was tired of waiting, so I asked the manager if there was something he could do. He sent another employee to the desk to reopen it (why it would be closed at all blows my mind), after which I was told that she could not go into the back to check if my package was there. Today is Friday; the package is literally 2 days past when I was supposed to get it, and they still haven't processed it. How you can have customer service employees be this slow when it comes to late deliveries blows my mind. I called today and the associate who answered did not offer to help or to assist me in anyway. Long story short, do not order anything for pickup at this Walmart. It will take forever and be an extreme hassle for you. Also, Walmart at High Point Rd., higher some customer service people that, I don't know, actually make me feel like I can ask them for help.

  Ok Walmart is not known for good customer service. The cashiers usually have bad attitudes and the lines are extremely long, but today I was in for a great surprise. I asked a young lady where the soap was, she stopped what she was doing and walked me to the soap. What? Another representative helped me find a empty line and thanked me for shopping there, and my cashier greeted me with a warm smile and put my bags in my cart. This is not the Walmart I’m used to. Phenomenal job! Really impressed.
