  I truly despise the pharmacy part if it ain't waiting in line at the drive thru forever instead of them telling people to come in if they have to wait it's them keep telling me my kids are not on my ex-husband insurance card. He even had to get it straight with them twice and his company and his insurance company and his boss! Then my daughter acne cream they had the wrong prescription the doctor sent in so I had to call the doctor myself then told me the insurance didn't cover so I had to get that straight again then told me I had to wait until the next day to get it. When I explained to the pharmacist about keep having these problems he shrugged it off like he didn't care! Even though this Walgreens is in a good neighborhood the people in the pharmacy department should be working in the ghetto the way they treat the customers or at least certain ones. Learn some good customer service and learn how to do your job and get things right or and learn the meaning of "drive-thru" not hold everyone up with a person sitting waiting on their medicine that's what the inside is for!
