  I will NEVER shop in this store again. I purchased some pants on clearance and they did not fit. I returned them to exchange for something different and was told that not an option. I even offered to spend more money, I just could do anything with the pants. The associate refused to allow the exchange and I informed her that I would NEVER shop here again. I am very disappointed in the customer service received. They've lost my business FOREVER! Follow up: I followed up with the store manager, Ann, and she allowed me to exchange the pants for another item today. Thanks for making this right. Rating changed!
