  Jacob is seriously the best sales rep I have ever encountered. He provides speedy, friendly, and well-informed service. Plus, his charismatic personality makes it even better. I was a little hesitant to upgrade my phone but Jacob helped me get the iPhone 7 plus in no time, assisted me with the set up, and helped me figure out what accessories I needed. It was like talking to a friend and I didn't feel pressured like you may when dealing with other sales reps. He was also available when I called the store with questions and he's definitely one of the reasons I've decided to remain a T-Mobile customer instead of switching carriers. Thank you Jacob for all of your help! You deserve a raise and then some!! Kudos to you for making my visits to this store pleasurable.
