Their service is pretty good... once you actually get it installed. We moved this week and informed AT&T at least 1 week ahead of time that we would need to transfer our service. We have been in the new place about a week now and still do not have service. We haved called to make 3 appointments to get everything hooked up/turned on and the tech never shows up. Each time we have to call back and make a new appointment, and one of us has to miss work to stay home and let the tech in. Now they are telling us that we may have to wait up to 4 more days to get it turned on because that is "the earliest they can fit us in." This is ridiculous and if the next appointnent is a no-show as well, we will be cancelling our service and selecting another TV and Internet provider.
