  I brought my sweatpants to her and she hemmed it very well. 2-day turnaround time. Great experience. Family-like service. I am sending more cloths to be alternated.

  Cookie is amazing. Hands down. She altered my cotillion wedding dress for only $160.00, when other alteration stores priced me at $300.00 The dress was a size 8 and she removed the back zipper and added a corset to fit me-basically to a size 0!! She works wonders! She even came to my cotillion to help me put it on. She is a miracle worker!

  I was looking for a place to have my bridesmaid dress hemmed, and I happened to ride pass Southern Alterations. I came in, and explained to Ms. Cookie that I needed my dress hemmed because the Bride was nervous about the girls slipping on our dresses. She asked me to put the dress on, so that she could see what needed to be done. Immediately, she gave me a compliment, and told me how beautiful I looked in the dress! :) During the time I was at her store, we talked the entire time! Not only did she provide GREAT customer service, but she actually holds conversations with her clients, which makes the experience personable!! And, that is very important when you are in a customer service position! The prices for the services that she provides are very reasonable! I am already going back Wednesday to have her to hem a uniform for me for a performance that I have coming up this weekend!!!!
