  Went to Rooms To Go on Wendover Ave in Greensboro. When we walked in we were greeted by an employee and told her we were looking for a reclining sofa with electric lift. She showed us 6 or 7 different models and we decided on one and made our purchase after deciding which we wanted. A pleasant experience and really enjoyed our time with the sales person. Cannot think of her name but her right hand was in a soft? cast where she had surgery on her thumb.

  My husband and I just left rooms to go. We were in there for a good 45 minutes, not one sales associate came up to us throughout our visit. We stood by the item that we liked for a good 15 minutes hoping someone would help us. After nobody came we decided to take another look around. Two gentlemen looked at us, turned around and kept walking. I am very disappointed with the service there. If I could give zero stars I would.
