  I had the services done today and I have had the services for years and never had the issue I had this morning very disappointed with agent that was sent out . This company has always been very professional and amazing customer service !The agent was asking questions being noisy and then had the nerve to ask about my car and I ask the agent to spray in a certain area and the agent went on and walk where I didn't request . This was my first time being disappointed everyone deserves second chances so I know they will get it right next time! I appreciate the nice lady whom I spoke to with my concerns. I requested not to have the same agent spray my home. .

  Slatter Management started working with Mark Parsons of McNeely Pest recently and have found him and the McNeely team to be very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mark has met with the Slatter Team and some of our Homeowner Association Board of Directors and did a very through and in-depth presentation. I/we highly recommend them for any pest control issues.
