  Four visits in 2 days and each time I pressed the assistance button someone who couldn't assist me came then had to go and get someone who could or they showed up in groups so I had to question who was assisting me. I had a piece of wood cut an inch too short so I had a new piece cut. I had a headrail cut and the end cap wasn't replaced so they told me to return it after they cut the new one they measured it and told me it was an inch too short. I've bought 4 custom cut blinds from there in the past with no errors so I don't even understand. I won't be going there for anything to be cut anymore.
