  I brought an heirloom engagement ring to Mr. Kahn for an appraisal and inspection. The service was prompt and excellent. He made me feel very comfortable by inviting me into his office so he could look at the jewelry and tell me about it prior to making any obligations for a paid appraisal. I had no qualms whatsoever leaving my ring with him, and he had it ready for pickup within a few hours after inspecting and cleaning it. I used it to propose to my girlfriend the week after and she said yes!

  My appointment was easy to make and they were great in working with my schedule. They were very professional and friendly. The appraisal took maybe an hour, which I spent shopping at the nearby Friendly Center. Once they were done, I received detailed appraisals with explanations. The whole process was made so simple and easy by them. I would definitely recommend seeing them for any appraisal needs.
