  CUTE CLOTHES BUT BEWARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I visited the Ivy and Leo a bit over 1 year ago looking for a dress for my wedding rehearsal. I loved the store, found an amazing dress and even better, for an amazing price and received great service while in the store! My cousin is getting married in a few weeks and I am having trouble finding a dress so I decided to go back to Ivy and Leo. Upon walking into the store, I do not believe that I was greeted at all. After I had a few hangers in my hands, a girl did ask me if she could begin a fitting room for me. I was in the store for approximately an hour and not once did I see any of the three girls working in the store leave the desk. I did notice that one was reading a book, one was on Facebook on her phone and the other was scrolling through Pinterest. Not once was any help offered to me while trying on clothes or asked if I needed any other sizes or even asked if I was doing okay. And not only that, but when I came out of the dressing room I watched all of them read/scroll through their phones while I put all of my clothing that I did not like back on the racks all over the store without so much as an offer for help, which after the rest of the experience I have no idea why I thought an offer might occur. Although the customer service made me so angry I did not want to spend any money at all in the store, I did find a couple of things that I liked and decided to purchase them. When checking out, one girl did the task with very few words while one leaned over the counter flipping through her book without even so much as smiling/acknowledging that I was present. This store has very cute clothing but absolutely infuriating customer service... quite possibly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in any type of retail store!
