  Terribly understaffed and horrible customer service. Was not greeted at the door, was not greeted on the sales floor. Found the 2 items I came in to purchase and waited in line at the checkout for nearly 15 minutes, when it was finally my turn the boy running the register (Who's nametag said supervisor I might add) turned me away and told me I had to go wait in another line because he had been called to do something else. At least have the decency to tell me during the 15 minute wait that I wouldn't be served in this line. Absolutely no execution of customer service basics and a totally discourteous experience. I can spend a few more dollars at Lowe's for a set of ratchet straps and a moving blanket thanks.
