  Purchased vanity through contractor. Vanity was installed via subcontractor. Drawers in vanity were not adjusted correctly , crooked and not soft closing properly after install. Asked both Contractor/subcontractor to fix. After two months had to fire contractor for various reasons. Called the company to ask for assistance with adjusting drawers which should have been something they could do. While I understand their position that they did not sell to me directly, they should stand behind their product and help the end customer especially with such a simple request. After two calls they said they would have to get back to me. It would have taken just a few minutes to explain how it worked or send a copy of the instructions or offer some kind of guidance. Needless to say, I figured out how to adjust them myself having no experience . I would not use this company again based on their poor customer service and lack of concern for the end customers satisgaction. If you can't help with a simple request, then I would never trust them with a large project or remodel.
