  If I could give no stars I would. Mike the Rep in the store IS THE RUDEST NASTIEST UNPROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION OF ANY CORP.. I will be calling Corp first thing Monday. This man should NEVER NEVER work for the public. Nick the other man in this rip off of an establishment was very much my life line....THANK YOU NICK FOR BEING TRUTHFUL,HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL... Mike you are a the worst person ever to have to deal with on a simple rental.. DO THE PUBLIC A HUGE FAVOR AND DISAPEAR FROM THE FACE OF EARTH....

  How can I begin this nightmare!! The proprietor was obnoxious and inconsiderate. I scheduled my pick up well in advance and when I went to pick up the truck he told me"I don't have truck for you". He said that the last customer never returned it. I said "you couldn't call me in advance to tell me this , he didn't have too! And politely told me to call uhaul and that's exactly what I did. I also called customer service and complained and they simply said" we apologize". One more they also charged me $50 because he never cancelled my contract. Really!

  Great customer service Great to work with again. 200+ miles and was able to get back at a good time. Has it's own gas station. Car didn't get towed:) (Just ask where to park)

  Disgusting, rude and unprofessional workers. The owner Nick clearly knew his ridiculous employee Maurice was out of line and there was no apology or anything. Please take your business elsewhere. After nearly 24 hours of driving and very long trip and a great deal of money spent no one should have to deal with people like this. Especially as a paying customer. Smh learn how to do business properly please.
