  The service technicians are very nice But I feel like I was ripped off! Edwards and Mills labor cost is ridiculous! Lowes quoted me $$149.00 to install the gas dryer. Washer was to be installed free. Free delivery by Lowe’s. At Edwards and Mills suggestion, I had them pick up Washer and gas dryer At Lowe’s on Battleground. My bill... Whopping $512.00 and change. Technician repaired a commode that they had previously worked on with same issue and previously charged me a month ago, and took out a dishwasher that I gave to them that was still operational. My fault, I did not ask for a quote. I just thought it would be competive rate. Boy! I was wrong and feel totally ripped off. I could never recommend Edwards and Mills I will never call them for anything in the future. Please don’t make the same mistake I made.... Ask for an estimate of cost before you get them to do work for you. My bill.... 2 men $140.00 per hr $280. Also sent a 3rd person Stanley to break down the boxes from the appliances. Stanley $105.00 per hr $210.00 plus tax. Wow! Can’t believe they would do this!
