  Very understaffed and customer service is awful other than one employee and her name is Carroll, she is the best. Always out of stock on medications and I feel again they are aware of all these issues because it been ongoing for years.

  I had my mom's script for test strips and needles transferred from another pharmacy. First we told to contact the other pharmacy to have it transferred. Then we were told that CVS had to request the transfer. We call to check to see if we can pick up needlesn and test strips. So, one week has gone by. We call and get told the test strips have to be ordered. So, now it's week and half and we go to pick it up and get told that we need a whole new script for the needles and test strips because the diagnosis is not on transfer and the insurance will not pay for it. I am no genius but the only reason you would need test strips and needles would be to check your blood sugar level. So, now we have to get another script and it's week two and my mom can not test her blood sugar. Had we been told we need a new script at some point we would have taken care of that immediately. It was nothing but a run around! If this is how you do business and take care of your customers go luck to them because they may die in the process. The lack of communication and care is absolutely ridiculous. So, we are going to the get the new script and go to Walgreens across the street.
