She has also notified me of issues even when we didn't realize they were taking place! We are a fast paced oral surgery practice and it is imperative that we stay online and moving at all times. ANY time something happens with our computers, she and her team are there immediately to fix the issue and often before the doctors even know there is a problem! It would be very hard to function without Emily and Computer Trouble Shooters. They truely are a life saver!
