- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆June 22, 2020, by Kriston AshleyI bought the wood for cedar shutters, the trim for an entire remodel, and then got a $42 Can of stain custom colored from the paint department. My painter did a sample spot and it was terribly dark. I went in to refund the gallon and they said it was non refundable. I can't believe they would let a customer walk away for a can of stain. I told them I would take my business elsewhere and all they said was sorry. I went to Lowe's and got the perfect stain color for 34 bucks. I try to support local but unfortunately this experience made that hard.
