  To the Employee "Cordell", your service on 3/14 was nothing short of exceptional. I really appreciated the professionalism you displayed to me and my wife. You were super helpful in helping me to secure my wine glass set at another near by store when your store did not have it in stock. I don't know if you will read this but the work ethic you displayed will carry you far in life sir. Thanks again.

  I’m regular customer here and love the franchise. However, I had so much trouble trying to return gifts from my wedding registry. They didn’t know what they were doing, took a while to figure it out. They were annoyed that I didn’t know my registry number like why can’t you look that up here??? They also acted like this was such an inconvenience for them and were very rude to me during the whole ordeal. You would think a store like this would be better at handling wedding returns.
