  Avoid this place! Don't take my word for, read the reviews of so many dissatisfied customers. The lies are in the quality of furniture, and the extended warranty.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. Please do not go to badcock if you have a fraud alert on your account! They will not know how to handle it and then waste your time for a hour after giving them numerous IDs. Jamal and his manager are both clueless. I waited for a hour just for him to say he needed more forms of ID!! This is ridiculous!! If you work in the financing business you should know all about fraud alerts and how to handle them. All the while the other representatives just stare at you like you're going to steal something!! It's a furniture store, do you think im going to put the sectional in my purse?! Please don't waste your time, this group of "professionals " don't have a clue.

  Jamal and Charlie did a great job assisting me find the best furniture. I took my time and came in few times before I made the decision. They also helped me make changes to the furniture before it was delivered. I spent over 5k for furniture and I thank Jamal and Charlie for making it happen. They are friendly and helpful! Will definitely return to make more purchases.
