  My boyfriend and I needed a new fridge, washer and dryer so we saw this place on the internet and went to the store to see what they had. This store was so messy and has everything inside piled to the ceiling with just junk. They guy that worked there hada fridge and washing machine that he showed us which weren't the best lookiing but we needed one and for $400.00 we settled for them as long as they worked. In the meantime of us deciding if we were going to get it or not the employee micheal kept saying how bad he needed money and just kept throwing numbers out at us to the point we were getting annoyed. Finally we said ok we will get it and then he was saying well if they don't work then just let me know and I will bring a different one out to you of equal value. That raised a red flag because we wanted the ones that we picked because even thought they didn't look that great they were the best looking ones he had. We went ahead and purchased them and the next day he was late delivering them and then after he left we cleaned the fridge up real well and plugged it in. 5 hours go by and the fridge is still not working. I call him and he said he could come look at it and try to fix it or bring a different one. We asked him to bring a different one even though we knew it looked worse because at that point we were frustrated and just wanted one that worked. The guy brought a different fridge and while he was there he saw our dryer that didn't work and said he could fix it for $60.00. My boyfriend said ok and the guy took the money and didn't even put a new part on it which a heating element is what it needed. The guy just twisted some wires and was done and then he left. We went to turn it on and it smelled like it was about to catch on fire so we shut it off and had someone else come out and look at it and they said that no its not fixed. Well the guy from Al's said he would come back out and put a heating element in it for $60.00 more. We said no absolutely not and that we wanted our $60.00 back because he didn't do anything. He said no that he could fix it for an extra $60.00 and thats all he could do. We just spent $460.00 with this store and we are not happy in at all. Take my advice and do not go to this store. It is a waste of time and no matter what there is NO REFUNDS even if they don't do their job correctly and even if they give you something that doesn't work. We will never be going back to this store again!!!
