Customer does not have her store receipt which is a MUST by the manufacturer for warranty validation. Owner personally offered to try to locate a copy of her receipt free of charge. Owner also offered to personally come to customers home to inspect the mattress set free of charge. Customer wrote her review within 1 hour of first coming to the store to inform us of her situation thereby not giving us sufficient time to help her or do any of the above.
