  Prices are comparable to other sports stores. Good selection, quality items, needs improvement in customer service. I waited in line with 3 people ahead of me. When I reached the check out, I was asked "cash or card" and replied cash. The cashier said I'd have to check out at customer service. I looked at the customer service line (about 5 people waiting) and told the cashier, "No. I will not wait in another line, I'll just use my card." As I was leaving, I overheard another customer ask for help in the hunting area. He said that nobody was back there and he needed help. The same cashier told him to, "go back to hunting and look because someone should be there." I never saw any employees throughout the store, was never offered help and was completely unsatisfied with both the customer service I received and the service to others that I saw.
